Rent

Nightly Rentals:

• Price per night is for 2 people plus tax, additional person $10/night. 2 night minimum (3 nights-holiday). 

• Credit card required to hold reservation. Cancellation fee may apply.
• Pet fee required for rentals that accept pets. Refer to listing for details.

Long term requirements:

• $20 application fee per adult (anyone over 18) including criminal and credit background check.  
• Security Deposit required. Refer to rental listing for details.
• Pet deposit required for properties that allow pets. Refer to rental listing for more information.
• Liability insurance is $11 per month in addition to rent, unless proof of renter's insurance provided. 
• Pest control $20 per month in addition to rent. 
• We report rent payments to credit bureaus to help you build your credit score. This is an additional $5 per month.
